Hotel with both positive and...

Liked: Spacious room. Very close to train station. Nice view from the 9th floor
Disliked: Not very clean room. Bed was clean, but the corners and places hard to get in the bathroom has not byen cleaned for many weeks.We were somehow charged 0,5 euro per person for the free mobility ticket included for every stay in salzburg wich we did not notice until we left the hotel.

Very pleasant stay with no...

Liked: Wonderful location! Clean and staff very helpful. Parking under the hotel was key.

Disliked: Staff not professional looking, first guy was greasy haired unshaven wrinkled clothes, tried to call reception on ipad 4 times no answer, breakfast was WAY overpriced for what was offered.

Amazing view, but the room...

Liked: The room was not properly clean. Lamp shades, light fixtures, and shelves were very dusty and grimey. The carpet was badly stained and very grimey.
Disliked: Not really very clean.
