A great place to stay...

Liked: The staff was excellent. Friendly, courteous, helpful. The hotel is very classy, nice room, good beds, the bar at the hotel was a nice bonus. Overall, an excellent experience. The breakfast was outstanding.

Liked: Location was good. Price was reasonable. On site amenities were good: lounge, breakfast.
Disliked: Very few English speaking channels, all news. Couldn't get Closed Captions on Deutsch channels..

Great location, great hotel and...

Liked: I've stayed here a few times. It's always amazing. Clean, comfortable and quiet rooms, excellent location to explore Vienna and tasty breakfasts.
Disliked: I'm still trying to understand this general trend of having sliding doors for bathrooms and zero privacy. That's probably something new but I just don't like. Many hotels are doing that nowadays for some reason but it's not pleasant.
