Liked: Everything was exceptionally good, super clean, friendly and professional staff, conformable rooms, close to public transport, etc. We also loved the breakfast, couldn't be better!

Great staff just great overall

Liked: Really close to train stations, so it was really easy to go to places. Had an amazing sauna, great staff. Breakfast was amazing. I enjoyed the trip a lot!
Disliked: Getting to the sauna was pretty confusing but thats it

A wonderful stay in an...

Liked: Wonderful stay. The hotel room was quiet and very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. All of the staff were extremely friendly and hospitable, which added to a really nice experience. It was noted from passport check in that it was husband”s birthday and he was treated to a drink and a future discount. We will stay here again when back in Vienna.

Wonderful hotel with amazing staff

Liked: The hotel is very comfy and clean, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, and the location is really good. The only small downside was that they gave me a room with two single beds pushed together rather than a proper double but, other than that, my stay was perfect!
