Stay was satisfactory

Liked: Close to town centre, plenty of parking
Disliked: The second bed had no top sheet, freezer was defrosting and so staff had used the towels on the floor to catch excess water from freezer, we had to ask for extra towels, and English was not their first language so when I asked for a top sheet they had no idea what I meant

Disliked: Stains on bedding. Stains on carpet. Stains on walls and roof. Bathroom in poor condition. Room in poor condition and unclean. Shower dripping all night. Mattress old and uncomfortable

Superb

Liked: Check in was remote, but no problem. Room was spacious with everything supplied.
Disliked: The only problem was a wonderful spa bath, but as I am 70+, I was reticent to use it as my partner advised it was slippery in the centre. I did advise the cleaning lady, so whether the property will act on this is debatable.

Very enjoyable

Liked: The staff were exceptionally good and very helpful.
Disliked: Would have liked ice blocks in room fridge.
