Austin Southpark Hotel, Austin

Had a great 5 days...

Liked: We were there for a 5 day/night dance festival in house. Flew in from Vancouver Island, BC Canada. Our room was great, downstairs cocktails & bevies were great. Check in was quick & easy. Housekeeping were great, kept us stocked with essentials. Pool was wonderful. Location was super convenient. Front desk staff helped us out when we realized we had missed booking on extra night stay.
Disliked: The only thing I can think to comment on, is the little happy hour restaurant/bar in the lobby, could maybe use 2 staff working on peak times. The one person was swamped, and that impacted our ordering food/bevies, the orders getting taken, and beverages & food took a longer time due to high volume of customers. One person is not as effective as two would, be a win/win

Liked: We loved the facility. Our room was nice and we enjoyed the amenities. The staff was very kind and helpful. I would want to stay here again.
Disliked: I don't have any complaints. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

Liked: The breakfast was good and thanks to Adamari for coupons. Francisco in Onion grill excellent customer service
Disliked: Space City network to watch Astros.

Liked: Rooms are very clean. Stuffs are all helpful and nice. Our family choose Southpark every time we visit Austin. We also enjoy the breakfast provided by cafe. Francisco at onion creek grille served us delicious food.

Loved staying here and would...

Liked: I liked the location of the hotel close to different restaurants/fast food places and was close to my testing facility for school. My husband and I loved how big and nice are room was. We definitely plan on coming back to stay in this hotel when we come to visit Austin again.
Disliked: Only thing I could say was the hotel food was a little bit on the expensive side however was really good food.
