Liked: Caregiver went above and beyond cooking food for me. Room and bathroom were excellent. Lovely house and close to shopping center.

Disliked: Due to the fact that there is a character limit, the full version of the events was submitted to management. However, the following summarizes the experience:- "Manager" (Emma) broke into our room at 9pm. Then daughter showed up too. No reason to do so. Completely disrespectful and inappropriate. - Neighbour (refused to give her name) also showed up and also broke into our room with her cat. Also no reason to do so. - We were not notified that animals were going to be in the house- We were told that we had to prepare our own breakfast. This was not part of the deal.- Toxic arrogant behaviour from both the "manager" and neighbour not even apologising for breaking into our privacy without any reasonable excuse but even threatning us that they would kick us out for absolutely no reason. Zero common sense and clueless about customer service. Pictures were taken for proof of incidents and kept for our records. Not uploaded to protect privacy of people.We clearly did not feel welcome whatsoever. An absolute violation to our privacy and peace of mind. We decided to pack our things and leave the place at around 10pm. We want full refund and a compensation for this very unpleasant experience!

Liked: Friendly and respectful of privacy. Provided a comfortable area for smoking outside. Allowed use of kitchen for microwave meals
Disliked: The awesome fruit salad brekkie not available on last day but they did a cooked breakfast instead… sadly too early a departure for me to indulge

Liked: Very comfortable surroundings, welcoming hosts. Close to Warringal Hospital. Lovely home cooked breakfast. Off street parking.
Disliked: Nothing. All very good
