Great stay, safe, just confirm...

Liked: It was very clean, safe, and I loved the fact that there was a paved sidewalk to walk in the mornings.
Disliked: I wasn’t happy that I paid for my room with one card no problem. When we got there they needed a card for room service and incidentals. No problem, however they placed a $430 hold on my card for the incidentals and room service. Seems excessive, considering the room service was only $138.

Liked: I had dental surgery the morning of my check in date and when I arrived afterwards to check into my room, the manager had a wheelchair prepared and got me to my room. On the next day of my scheduled check out time, the general manager came to my room to check on my status and recommended I say and rest before departing this wonderful hotel. They treated me so Kindle that it actually renewed my faith in mankind. The beds we're so confortable and the pillos are the best I've even lado my heads on! I'm ordering 6 of them this weekend. The best experience of comfort and concern from total strangers in many years. Thank you so much Marriot Bonvoy of Roundrock, Tx.!

Liked: It looked presentable and spacious. It made us feel welcoming.
Disliked: I don’t like the price for our stay there. I don’t like that people have to pay for breakfast. Breakfast should be included with however many days we choose to stay.
