Liked: The reason we were not *overjoyed was that the room was not cleaned during our three days there (even though we had clearly marked when we were not there) and the coffee machine was not repaired.

Liked: Room, breakfast, location, cleanliness
Disliked: The cleaning or maintenance staff were talking loudly in the hallway outside or room from 8AM for a long time until one of us got up, opened the door, and stared at them unhappily.

Liked: Very good breakfast, garage for the car near by (< 50 m), comfortable beds, Tapas bar in the house, nice restaurants and pubs around the hotel.
Disliked: A hint if you arrive by car: If you follow HOLZDAMM street and turn right into AN DER ALSTER, you have to get immediatly / after 20 m into the right-hand lane to USE THE FOOD AND CYCLE PATH (Anlieger frei), which is parallel to the road, to get into Schmilinsky street. (No. 11 is on the left side, it's a one way street). We didn't expect to drive on a cycle path. But you can't turn directly from the road an der Alster to Schmilinsky street, you have to use the food and cycle path with your car. After ~150 m you can leave it right into Schmilinsky street.

Liked: Nice room and building.
Disliked: The ground floor room had noise from inside the hotel due to poor soundproofing. The receptionist never informed me that the leather keychain on the key unlocks the locked front door, resulting in me being locked out of the hotel for an hour when I returned after eleven at night.
