Special and Timeless accommodation with...

Liked: Great furnishing, decor, landscaping, outdoor spa (proper hot) and sauna is amazing, and Netflix that just works! Great host and hospitality.
Disliked: Understandable but unfortunately minimal sound proofing. Means the room next to the dining room gets the brunt of the noise during the breakfasts -- can't sleep in.

Lovely stay

Liked: Comfortable room, lovely garden setting and helpful staff , and the lovely cookies on arrival were an expected bit appreciated treat!
Disliked: Nothing, but better tea and coffee options would be an added bonus

Great place to explore Dunedin

Liked: Room was very spacious and clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. Great location within walking distance of lots of restaurants and the city centre. Great place to explore Dunedin from.
Disliked: Nothing, everything was perfect.

Conveniently located car motel

Liked: Convenient location to all tourist attractions.
Disliked: Near-by major road maintenance made our activities limited and time consuming due to detours and closures.
