Disliked: The decor of everything outside the room was very poor but I am assuming they are just getting around to decorating that at present as the room decor itself was excellent

Liked: This a lovely hotel in a good location, easy walking to the beach and town centre. Our room was very clean and comfortable, dinner in the Italian restaurant was amazing. Breakfast was excellent. Our hosts were so friendly and welcoming, it is a great place to stay.

At price point you can’t...

Liked: Great location. Good price. Nice staff.
Disliked: I feel within this process point the hotel could still offer some basics better. A single, very thin, old pillow is disappointing. The slat blind was very old and basically let the light on. In summer in Nairn this means your room is light most of the night.

Good value for a one...

Liked: Good value for a one night stopover. Handy location on main road through Nairn. Decent, fresh cooked breakfast included. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Basic accommodation, I stayed in attic conversion room and the lay ins made the room feel small. Venetian blinds could do with a clean too, although the rest of the room was clean enough. Overall the property needs redecoration but this is reflected in price of room.

Never again.

Liked: Location was handy and parking was good.
Disliked: Walls in bedroom were filthy, strings on Venetian blinds were black with grime, table was wobbly, dirt around the shower switches, shower pressure non existent.

Liked: I liked that it was an old building with plenty of character.
Disliked: There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. It was comfortable and suited me perfectly.
