FABULOUS!! Fantastic!!! Great Stay and...

Liked: ONE OF THE BEST STAYS in my Europe travels!! The staff are Fantastic, attentive and wonderful! The location is Fantastic ! easy to walk to most places and right across from the Cruise Terminals! HIGHLY recommend the breakfast! Bruno the manager is absolutely OUTSTANDING! The bathroom is super! Room spacious——very impressed!!!

Lovely stay in Lisbon

Liked: Very good location, close enough to the city centre but still a quiet area. Was upgraded to a lovely room. Very helpful staff. And while I am on the subject of staff.Soraia (I hope I have her name right, deserves a special mention) in reception dealt with a gentleman from the far east in an extremely professional manner under extreme duress having been actually called a racist by the guest during the course of his illogical rant while checking in.
Disliked: The wifi in my room could have been better.

Liked: Bruno and Soraia were great with us, very friendly and cheerful which is contagious. Very alternative with our son and making sure everything was perfect for us

Liked: The uniqness of the building ViewSize of roomStaff at the restaurant
Disliked: Reception and house keeping never answer the phone. We always have to go downstairs to talk to them. Service is very slow. Place is understaffed Cleaning is not well doneLocation is nice but as central as described Riomas are very dark

I was very happy to...

Liked: I stayed with my family in a three bedroom suite. The queen sized bed was really big (could fit 2 children and a grown up) and comfortable. The room was also very spacious. The bathroom and separate restroom was nice. The location was also really good. It was close enough to walk to the centre but far enough from the busy streets. We could use the swimmingpool everyday with no charge even though we made last minute reservations. Staff was lovely and very nice. Always wanting to help. There are many delicious restaurants in the neighbourhood. I highly recommend this hotel!
Disliked: Nothing. Our room was cleaned everyday. We got fresh towels and bathropes everyday.

Staying at this Hotel made...

Liked: We Booked this Hotel for two different Nonconsecutive nights and Our Stay was Amazing both nights although the Second night was even Better since we Booked the Rooms with the Sea View Terrace. The Hotel Staff were Extremely Helpful with all our requests and Suggested Beautiful Places to Visit and Literally added more Joy to Our Stay in Beautiful Lisbon. All my Thanks to Soraia at the Reception who, at a very short notice, Booked a Spectacular Dinner Reservation for my Self and my Wife on our Anniversary that same Night. Bruno Helped us Check in very smoothly although we arrived early on our second Check-in. We Checked out pretty Early in the Morning on our Last Day and Edson was the Overnight Receptionist who assisted us with Checking out and ensured we got Early TAXI Transfer to the Airport on time. My Regards to the Rest of the Hotel Staff, Joana, Catarina and Malik who were very welcoming and made our stay more Enjoyable.
Disliked: It was Unfortunate we did not have enough time to explore all the Hotel Facilities.
