Disliked: Beds were below average. Room ok just very dated. The outdoor security lights stayed on all night making it very hard to get to sleep.

Liked: What a lovely place to stay. We were welcomed by Ellen who couldn't have been more helpful throughout our stay. Lovely room. Position of the hotel was excellent; close to both the shops/bars/restaurants and to the beautiful lake. Lovely heated outdoor pool as well as two small thermal pools.

Terric place to stay!

Liked: The staff were very friendly, approachable, and helpful;The thermal pool and plunge pool were fbuloyz to have use of;The location was pergect, so close to the lake and the town centre.
Disliked: The bed blanket had two big holes in ( the member of staff I reported this to seemed unconcerned!);Some shelving to put food items on would be very useful

A great place to stay!

Liked: Location is great and the staff were exceptional. The location is walking distance to the lake, and shops.Very well set out with information on everything from the name of plants to where to eat. Environmentally conscious and the staff were so friendly and helpful. There is a pool and hot tubs. A barbecue and a cooking steamer which looked cool, but we didn't get time to try that.We would stay here again.
Disliked: Be mindful that some rooms are up a flight of stairs, which are exposed to the weather.

Liked: Nice and close to town, so it was easy to find!The room was comfortable, had everything we needed, and we really appreciated the thoughtful little notes and information around the space.We loved the local coffee and milk — such a nice touch!The whole family enjoyed a night swim, and the quiet room with comfy beds made for a great night’s
Disliked: Bigger TV maybe!

Liked: Great location, convenient but quiet. Heated pool was a bonus.
Disliked: The smell!!! Which I know is to be expected in Rotorua so it’s not a valid complaint!
