Liked: Location was excellent. Assigned on site parking. Clean room. Plenty of space. Good lighting. Can request for room to not be serviced.
Disliked: Wifi was not good. Curtains/blinds need repairing/replacing.

Liked: Staff were very friendly. The location was perfect and the rooms were clean. Loved the little pots of milk and filter coffee every day. It also had a microwave and a mini kitchen which was very useful.
Disliked: Nothing

Outdated but convenient

Liked: The room was spacious for two people as we could use the single bed to put our luggage on. 3 would have been a squeeze. Kitchen was great. Easy walk to Eat Street and the lake. Thermal bath was lovely, as were the staff.
Disliked: The thermal baths were very dingy looking so we just tried to ignore that. Only one was open due renovations and the new design will be good once done. The room was very dated and needs updating for the price you pay. We didn’t realise there were cheaper places with thermal pools so we would have considered staying elsewhere.

Liked: Loved the location, right along the lake and very central for walking and experiencing rotorua
Disliked: Honestly nothing in retrospect, as love the atmosphere of the property and the staff. You're left to your own devices but plenty of notices and staff around if you need anything.
