Liked: Top Rooms, cosy hotel.
Disliked: Our original room had only a very small window in a corner(probably the only such room in the hotel), deviating from the room pictures shown in Booking. As a result, the room had no view on the pool area and was VERY dark. However we received an upgrade after complaint. In this price category such rooms are unacceptable. Normally window-less rooms are sold under heavy discount.

Liked: Well equipped room and kitchen (free fresh local milk), clean, and neat. Comfortable bed. Laundry facility. Quiet. Everything is well organized with thoughtful designed. Care for recycling. The staffs welcome us from the day we booked the room, gave clear instructions for late arrival. A handwritten personalized welcome package is a nice touch. Thanks you!Good location, nearby restaurants, shops & sightseeing.
Disliked: Nice to have when bathroom and thermal pool get renovation.

Liked: Convenient location close to everything - amazing friendly & helpful staff really stood out during our stay.Helped book a Mountain biking ride & hire - was a best ride while touring NZ. Then topped off with a relaxing Spa afterwards.
