Liked: A great welcome by the staff. Excellent location near the lake and Government Gardens. Walking distance to all the cafes, restaurants etc.

Liked: Location, close to everything and the facilities available, great for families too, staff were amazing, very accommodating to our needs, also empathetic and kind, thank you we will definitely come back to stay for sure ☺️

Best hotel shower anywhere!!

Liked: Incredibly good communication from staff (email/phone). The best pressure shower of anywhere we’ve stayed. Hot pool.
Disliked: Lack of easy charging plugs in bedroom. A little dated in kitchen and bathroom. Permanent outside bright lights.

Great place to stay.

Liked: Tidy rooms, great pool & location.
Disliked: Everything was great. The bed was a little soft, but that is personal preference.

Lovely motel in a good...

Liked: Friendly staff at reception, free parking & a great location for walking to the park & the lake. Excellent communication from when I booked. Area was safe & secure
Disliked: Nothing negative. We booked a 1 bedr apartment for 4 people so 2 of the beds are in the lounge area, but this was adequate for our 2 night stay & good value

Liked: Everything! Great communication pre-arrival. Easy check in, great facilities. Room was well designed for a family. Pool is fantastic and always warm!
