Definitely would return to this place and would recommend the hotel to anyone. Beds were really comfortable, excellent location and very friendly and helpful staff. Food was delicious, very fresh and nothing too much trouble for the staff. Looking forward to staying there again.

Great spot. Friendly staff. Comfortable...

Liked: This place was all about location for us. It is quite convenient to Queen Margaret Station and travelled by train each morning to Edinburgh for walking about the city. Great spot to get to the train and much more affordable than staying in Edinburgh. Friendly staff and very welcoming. It's a basic room and bed. Clean and well maintained.

Great for a quick sleep.

Liked: Quiet and comfy beds. Just needed a quick sleep before an early flight. Quiet and comfy.
Disliked: The room is a bit tiny, once both of our luggage’s were unpacked.

Liked: Quiet location but near all amenities. Owner couldn’t have been more helpful with information about local restaurants etc. - even ordered takeaways for us.

Basic one night stop over.

Liked: Location was quiet, off the road. Host was very attentive.
Disliked: It was comfortable but very basic. The rooms and public spaces are more like a hostel than a B&B or a hotel.
