Liked: Breakfast was fine but a little underwhelming. More savory options would have been nice. It was heavy on the sweet stuff. Other than that it was a great stay!

Liked: It was an amazing place to stay. Very quiet and out of the way of the city. Beautiful area and nice pool, which we had to ourselves. I would stay there again in a New York minute. All staff was wonderful.
Disliked: Not one thing!

Liked: Location is very quiet, yet convenient to nearby attractions. The handmade woodwork inside and out is stunning.

Liked: We loved staying at the lodge. It was quiet and comfortable. The room was a good size and loved having the patio space on the back with the adirondack chairs. The view was lovely. We did not get a chance to use the fire pit or the hot tub; but we will on our next stay.
Disliked: About a week before our arrival date, my niece, her husband and two children decided to join us. When she arrived she informed the person at the desk that she was part of our family and requested that she would be put in an adjoining room or near us. She was told the rooms were booked. When my husband and I arrived we made the same request. No response to our request was given but when we got to our room we found my niece and her family were on the second floor and we were on the first floor. We also found we were the only cars in the parking lot until the next day and then there were only two other vehicles belonging to guests on the property. That was disappointing and I think it would have been nice if our request was honored.
