Complete waste of money on...

Liked: Nothing to be honest. the reception staff were good.
Disliked: Food service was really bad. Food was pathetic and breakfast was complete disaster. F and B supervisor ior manager is a complete waste and no greetings or smiling. Very worst service.

Liked: We were originally booked for 10 July 2025, but due to severe weather, we had to reschedule. I truly appreciate the hotel staff I spoke with—they were understanding of the circumstances and kindly rebooked us at no additional cost.
Disliked: We were initially confused upon arrival, as the motel next door shares the same name.

Liked: Is three star and does not pretend to be more. Tired but clean. Meals were actually great! Comfy beds and the Yellow Bus shuttle reliable and on time.

Kiwi Motel Mean Az

Liked: I was worried after reading the reviews but in my opinion its really good. I would recommend it for someone who is travelling on a budget. It’s quite basic but compared to the hotel that my bro stayed, over price hotel

Exceptional

Liked: Super comfy beds. Check in was quick and easy. 24hr reception which came in very handy when my daughter suddenly got a fever in the middle of the night and I needed a face cloth to put some cold water on. Staff are super friendly and willing to help you out with whatever you need if possible. Prices are very affordable
Disliked: The water pressure for the shower and it was very temperamental with the temperature
