A beautiful warm and cosy...

Disliked: Nothing to not like at about the property it was warm and cosy

Liked: Staff always friendly, helpful, rooms a good size, quiet. Can leave the car at motel. Ready trip to airport. Price very good
Disliked: There is nothing to dislike, we stay here a lot due to international travel.

Liked: Location was close to the function we were in Auckland for.
Disliked: You can hear the guests next door but not a fault to the place. We didn’t have an iron in our room but staff were prompt to get us one so nothing major. Shower pressure wasn’t great but did the job.

Disappointing

Liked: Near in the airport, the mandarin tree
Disliked: Room was not cleaned properly particularly under the beds, which were noticeably dusty. Additionally, the comforter on our bed had a visible stain, which was disappointing.We also experienced a disturbance when someone in the adjacent room knocked on the wall, apparently due to the sound of our TV. We were simply watching at a normal volume and didn’t expect to be disturbed while in our own space.
