Liked: It was one of the few motel properties that worked for our family of 5 in Palmerston North - really grateful that the bed in the lounge space was a proper bed and not just a fold out couch. The man at reception was very welcoming and had turned the heating on for us before arrival. Our kids loved the spa bath. The bathroom felt lovely and clean.
Disliked: The lounge space and bedrooms felt like they needed a deep clean - the couches felt grubby and the carpets/curtains smelt a bit musty. It also felt very expensive for the 2 night stay we had - but I guess accomodation is on the whole expensive these days.

Warm, homely and very comfortable.

Liked: Everything was spotless very clean and tidy The managers were lovely to deal with and very helpful. The decor was very relaxing. The whole experience was beyond my expectations

Liked: We have stayed here a few times over the years, we love having the spa bath and being across the road from the supermarket and mall.
Disliked: Unfortunately we will not be booking this motel for a friday, saturday or sunday again as the boy racers are very noisy and made our night not great at all.
