Great Option for NW Detroit...

Liked: Good location for my travels in the northwest Detroit area. Nice lobby and bar area for meetups with my friends. Comfortable beds and bedding. Large hotel so good for larger events/gatherings.
Disliked: Breakfast was priced at $18, but most guests just wanted a coffee and a small item instead of a large breakfast. The heat in my room wasn't warm enough - but housekeeping fixed it for my 2nd night of a 2 night stay.

Liked: Everytime we come to Pontiac we stay here, it's always very comfortable, clean and enjoyable.

Disappointing

Liked: Close to Woodward Ave as we were there for the dream cruise
Disliked: Ac unit wasn't cold enough, fan was awful inadequate for the room size and didn't even seem to push air. Bed was hard, water pressure was non existent. Windows weren't wiped as there were hands prints on them, something sticky on bathroom door as it wasn't wiped down.

A good option if you...

Liked: Staff was great. Breakfast food was mostly heavy and greasy options like sausages and bacon and heavy on the cheese. Would have preferred some additional healthier options besides just oatmeal and yogurt.
Disliked: I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years though pandemic interrupted the frequency. During this last day, while my hotel room was fine, the overall hotel looks tired and you could see many places where the structure was crumbling on the outside and it appeared that the entire hotel needs a refresh.
