Liked: Lovely setting and super handy for Luton airport, staff were exceptional and couldn’t be more helpful and friendly
Disliked: The room was not as clean as it should be, with crumbs along the edges of the walls and splashes of liquid on the walls. The rooms were also a little tired but that would be overlooked if it had been spotlessly cleaned

Liked: Nothing Staff in the morning was rude the manager is rude and wouldn’t be working for me if I was in charge . Some staff opened my room and came into my room why I was in the shower gorping at me why I’m naked I told them to get out and they told me to f***off Manager wasn’t in but rang me later that day and said they never came in my room so basically calling me a lier . If you have women and children don’t stay at this hotel as it’s not safe if the steam off the shower makes the fire alarm off they will walk in on you in the shower without apologies. When I came down they are all laughing like it’s a joke . So avoid this place I think they need to do relevant checks on staff to ensure there isn’t any sex offenders working here .

Good value, dog-friendly

Liked: Staff very helpful and friendly. Sorted out table in bar for evening meal in dog-friendly area with full restaurant menu. Excellent buffet breakfast. Room clean and comfortable.

Exceptional

Hotel is tired and staff...

Disliked: This is an old tired hotel with unfriendly staff. I had not stayed here for a number of years as the last time I stayed I was woken by having to listen to the room next door having sex through paper thin walls. Whilst I did not have that problem this time, the room decor was tired and the team at reception are far from friendly. I will not bother giving it a third try
