A nice condo-style hotel in...

Liked: Location is excellent. A short walk to the cruise port.
Disliked: The hotel room is pricey.

Overall a nice place in...

Liked: Rooms were big and nicely appointed. Bed was very comfortable. Location near Canada Place was perfect as a cruise passenger.
Disliked: Shower was weird. Shower head placed on long wall instead of shorter end wall which sprays water under shower curtain onto the bath floor. What were they thinking?

Liked: The staff member at reception was so helpful. They allowed an early check-in at very late notice because they had a room available. The gym and 25m lap pool and outside terrace at the Club were wonderful. Showering facilties at the Club were fabulous. I wish I had more time to utilize the facilties for morenthan one day.. The room was well appointed, and a lovely Nespresso pod machine with pod coffee was really good. The location is excellent to Canada Cruise Center, a short walk away and a short walk to the Metro. Wifi seemed to work.
Disliked: The room I had looked at an awful block wall, but that was probably the trade-off for an early check-in, so it's not really an issue. I was able to see some other rooms that were bigger and had views. They looked fabulous.

Good location, and decent rooms...

Liked: Good location. Comfortable room. Large walk-in shower with nice toiletries. Fridge and kettle in room.Pool and hot tub were nice but filled with very noisy children when I was there.
Disliked: This does not feel like a hotel and consequently feels very overpriced.Absolutely no comfortable lobby space to meet friends, while away time etc. - just a cavernous hallway with 4 not very comfortable chairs. This is actually the foyer for the social club, offices, and apartments that share this building, as well as the hotel reception.There is no bar or restaurant accessible through the building, you have to go outside to walk round the block to a ‘British Pub’ that serves very average food.

Excellent stay in a magnificent...

Liked: Location fabulous. Staff very helpful. Close to the cruise ships yet you weren't part of the massive crowds. Sophisticated environment. Hotel rooms are above 8 floors of businesses. Very Very comfortable and spacious rooms.
Disliked: Don't really want to find anything wrong with the hotel as it was a lovey stay. Best to know in advance though that there are no eating facilities/bars etc at the hotel. A minibar would help the arrivals after 15 hours on a plan maybe. Went to the Lion Hotel for a drink on arrival on advice of staff but it was a bit ordinary for food. There is a "kitchen" opposite the hotel open till 5 - SUPERB food there.
