Great hotel missing the basics.

Liked: Great staff, nice location, good views. Great wedding venue with fantastic food and service. Our large suite was nicely appointed.
Disliked: Bed was medium hard = uncomfortable with cheaper sheets , towels. Baseboards in room and living room were in desperate need of paint. When you pay almost $300 USD a night I would expect better than thin scrachy motel 6 sheets bed and towels. Room was very nice but a mattress pad if they can't afford better beds as well as cost appropriate linens is a must. This place is to nice to do this.

Perfect Location. Competitive Price. Kind...

Liked: The location is in perfect proximity to everything. The actual amenities and hotel were much better seen in person than in the pictures, and that is rare. Also the staff were all exceptionally friendly. Absolutely the best place I have stayed in Vancouver downtown, and I have been there each month for the past year.

Great hotel in great location.

Liked: Great location next to the harbour, excellent fitness facilities. Staff were very professional and helpful. Room was very large with separate lounge area and good shower facilities.
