Liked: We asked to change to a balcony room, and our request was granted, thank you! Balcony was not clean, metal can tabs on the floor. carpeting needs to be cleaned.
Disliked: cleanliness needed on the balcony,

Disliked: The houseekeeping supposed to clean the room but the floor was never mopped and the bed re-made .They never changed the linnen and the bedspread.

Liked: Theere was an outdoor pool. The metro was next to hotel . Mall opposite the hotel and bus station opposite hotel Bathroom light in 1 room we booked not working , but when alerted hotel staff attended to it straight away
Disliked: Lack of menu choice. Only 1 choice for evening meal
