Liked: I recived a clear instrction at first, but when I tried to reach them for WiFi they never got back to me.
Disliked: The place was not similar to the pictures.I asked for toilet papers. They did not respond at all.The bathroom fan was noisy and did not allow us to sleep properly.

Lovely stay

Liked: Its cozy and lovely everything was clean and the lady in staff helped us to checkin at midnight. Thanks to her!
Disliked: Nothing everything was superfine

Couldn’t get ahold of owners...

Liked: The room was clean and nice.
Disliked: We booked the stay short notice. There was no staff on-site. We had trouble getting access to our room. Called the contact number and no answer no return call. We later locked ourselves out of the room and we could not get in contact with the owners to get back in. Called, txted, messaged many times. After many hours no reply from owners. It is important that the owners not neglect their clients and make themselves available incase of problems.

OK for a short stay....

Liked: There was plenty of space in the suite (but see comments below). We arrived too late for dinner although the staff helped us with check in (they closed shortly after). and had breakfast elsewhere. Free parking across the street was convenient but almost full - not sure where to park if that's the case.
Disliked: Owners are not on site. Instructions emailed in advance but room no. not shown prominently and not shown at all on one message - had to check messages to find which room key to pick up.Based on our room (#6) this looks like an amateur B&B conversion still in progress. I strongly urge giving more thought to the layout before finishing. The bed was so close to the window it wasn't practical to get by, so we moved it. Th blanket shelf is just placed to bang the head of anyone moving in the dark. The shelf by the bedside could be easily located so that the bed could stand clear from the window, etc., etc. The bathroom window has no blind or cover, and a ladder is placed so that anyone on it has a clear view into the bathroom.The box for keys should probably be fixed to the wall with a security code, as the place next door seems to be a shelter and the occupants can see how visitors access as it's in view of their patio area.

Bad

Disliked: We arrived and no one was there. Info where to get the Keys but not which one was our room. They did not answer the phone. They did not answer messages in Booking. Only message next morning saying here It is your invoice.

Disliked: The person who welcomed us wasn't welcoming at all it was like we were bothering him also they way you get the keys is very inconvenient you have to go around the back on the 2nd floor to get your keys in an unattended box The Futon has a huge metal bar in the middle very hard to sleep on Very poorly insulated you can hear everything in the restaurant below voices , dishes etc and it's very cold with no comforter for the futon
