It is the perfect place...

Liked: Beautiful decorated historic building with modern facilities. Located in the countryside,the garden and views were fantastic. The breakfast was homemade and delicious.
Disliked: Everything was wonderful!

Liked: Everything. The Hotel is beautifully decorated and well-maintained. It's a hidden gem and everything one needs to wind down and relax from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The owners do everything to make the guests feel comfortable and they're very welcoming. We had a room with a balcony and with an awesome view. There's a lot you can do in the area. North Hatley is a beautiful village at one of three lakes in the area. There're also hiking pathes and a lot of water activities. We enjoyed our stay very much and can highly recommend it to other guests.

Liked: The breakfasts were excellent and different every morning and the hostess was very friendly.The apartment we stayed in was large, well decorated, and full of light with a large super comfortable bed.

While nice, I would look...

Liked: We stayed in the premium room, it was fabulous. It had a wood burning fireplace which we used one night. Lovely view from the room. Excellent breakfasts that were different each day.
Disliked: The wifi service in the premium room was almost non existent. I had to move my location in the building in order to work effectively with my buisness for a couple hours each day. I voiced this concern with the owner. I was told that this had « never » been a problem before. I asked that a qualified IT person be brought in to investigate the snag. This was ignored. My sense was that this was an ongoing issue and was not being acted on. Very disappointing.
