Great cozy place in heart...

Liked: I liked its central location. It was very homely. The kitchen/common room area was very cozy and cute with lots of things to do. I liked the room, felt cute in the attic.
Disliked: Floorboards and tiles a bit loose around the place, needs a good renovation. It’s a bit tired but otherwise very clean and a good place to stay.

Highly Recommend this Hostel Auberge...

Liked: The staff were very efficient and very helpfull. Excellent information and maps helping us find the wonderfull places in Montreal. Always happy to assist and help with anything I needed. I found the staff exceptionally welcoming, friendly and consistently offered high quality information. The rooms and amenities were always clean and the kitchen was exceptionally organised and had lovely sofas, tables and views.
Disliked: I appreciated everything about this hostel and we had such a lovely time there. The staff were the best I have experienced in my travels and they genuinely cared about making my stay in Montreal a happy time. Valerie

Good value for money but...

Liked: There was a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, easy access to bathrooms at all times, the staff and people living here cares a lot about upcycling things donated by tenants and providing free foods, free events, and board games. Bed was comfortable. Shower had hot water.
Disliked: AC in the room was hard to control, other guests were snoring aggressively through my ear plugs.

Close to the Port and...

Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful. Even helped me with my luggage since I was on the top floor. It’s clean, was quiet and the location is perfect!
Disliked: The stairs are a lot if your on the top floor. The room was very hot at night making it difficult to sleep.
