Liked: The breakfast and the location of the Hotel were exceptional
Disliked: I did not have time to think on that due to short stay

Liked: The room was fine.
Disliked: There was nothing to drink and eat at the room and the housekeeper didn’t speak English. And the staff, in the reception, was not friendly.

Disliked: Across the very small road is a building site right in front of the property. We had a suite on the 24th floor. The bathroom door didn’t close properly giving our family of 3 no privacy. The door to the balcony didn’t lock and wasn’t air tight so at night we could hear the wind howling through. The room next door was loud all night, with music and load voices. Our phone didn’t work to call reception so we had to travel down 24 floors in the lift to ask for some assistance in asking them to quiet down. No one hopes so we had a knock on their door twice which was very uncomfortable. Complimentary breakfast was served on the 24th floor. It isnt a properly set up restaurant so we had to eat off our knees on upholstered lounge chairs. Many guests came in dressed in night clothes, grabbed food and went back to bed. Valet parking only, no self park.

Great location and Greater room...

Liked: - good room size, it was a suite with a kitchen and living area- close to restaurants, shops etc- coffee lounge on the 20th floor- good service
Disliked: - Breakfast was basic and the same each day- no variety- The service staff don't speak a word of English, which made it difficult to communicate when we needed anything like an extra towel etc.
