Disliked: Title: Poorly Managed Hotel; Won’t Be ReturningWe had two rooms for our family and checked in late. Right away, we found dirty towels on the kitchen counter and black stains on the bedding. I called the front desk at 1 a.m.; someone came up, removed the towels, and brought a new bed cover.Later that night (around 2 a.m.), I noticed a yellow stain on the blanket. I was too tired to call again and just slept without it.The next morning, I reported the stained blanket, a bathroom door and handle with visible grime, and folded towels in the bathroom with hair in them. Later that day, I received a call from Raydel, the manager, who apologized for the issues and said, “As a courtesy, I’ll offer 25% off your total stay and we’ll take care of everything.”None of the issues were resolved. That evening, we returned to find the room untouched, no blanket changed, no towels replaced, no stain cleaned. On top of that, the pull-out couch was turned into a bed, which we had never requested, and all the cushions were thrown on the floor.Two staff members came up, apologized, and said the setup was for another room.Additional problems:•Shower leaked water onto the bathroom floor despite the glass door being fully shut (I have video)•There was no “Do Not Disturb” sign, and housekeeping walked in while we were sleepingOn our last day, I explained everything to a second manager at checkout (Raydel was unavailable). He apologized and said, “I’ll offer you a 50% refund to make this right.” I appreciated the gesture, again, I never asked for a refund, I was simply reporting ongoing issues; but he never followed through either.This hotel is poorly managed. I rely on honest reviews when booking; I hope this helps someone else. We won’t be returning.
