Liked: I love the idea that I could walk around the neighborhood and food is everywhere

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff. Good place to stay, nearby to touristic points. All around are supermarkets, malls and restaurants, a few steps from the metromover, metrorail and other public transportation
Disliked: Had to call to remind them about a birthday amenity that was requested for my first day and never received my extra towel. Would be good to have an extra chair for the counter table and some utensils like mugs, plates and glasses. In the main bathroom, next to the sink, It would be good a hook for the hand towel

Liked: really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable.I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!
Disliked: The only thing I didn’t like was that parking wasn’t free for hotel guests. I think parking should be included in the stay, especially for those who are already paying for a room.

Liked: The friendly and helpful front desk staff. They had toothpaste when I forgot to bring mine and held our bags and allowed us to stay in the lounge while we waited for our evening flight after check out.
Disliked: nothing!

Disliked: No potato chips at snack bar. Only plantain chips were for sale.
