Lovely suite, poor catering facilities.

Liked: Suite was lovely, very spacious, clean and comfy. Really liked having kitchen, lounge and bedroom areas with balcony. Pool was a good size and temperature. Excellent location in Brickell for getting on the Metromover to explore the city.
Disliked: Breakfast was awful. Not enough plates, bowls or cutlery so polystyrene/plastic ones were left out. Very poor choice of food that wasn’t replenished. Grumpy staff. It was a shame there wasn’t a bar at the pool - you could order drinks via app but not the same. Meals in the restaurant were nice but very expensive for what they were.

we checked out and got...

Liked: I liked the price but you get what you pay.
Disliked: NO balcony furniture on the huge balcony. And the maid threw away my candy and my cups I had just bought.
