Disliked: -Hotel needs to provide directions/map for customers for shuttle pick-up location at the airport. This was very confusing and we had to wait almost an hour to be picked up.-The air conditioning in our room (#114) kept cutting off and did not keep the room cool. When I informed the staff at the front desk, the young lady was at best indifferent and offered a fake apology.-The floor in our shower was extremely slippery and I almost fell twice entering and exiting the shower. Again, the young lady at the front desk was ambivalent.-The pump on the shampoo bottle in the shower also did not work. While this was minor, a good bit of shampoo got wasted trying to figure out how to get it out of the dispenser.

Liked: This hotel was very accommodating when I erroneously made reservations for the wrong date. They kindly let me switch nights without any hassle. Shuttle driver was great picking us up and bringing us to the hotel and then getting us back the next day. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Very impressed.
Disliked: The room was a bit noisy with traffic. McDonalds and fairly busy road right outside our window so that interferred with my sleep. I think if we were on the mountain side of the property it would have been better.
