Liked: Easy to find. Modern and large rooms with no carpet. Griselda at the front desk and was kind and helpful.
Disliked: The bed wasn’t the most comfortable.

Liked: Convenient to the airport. The bar was nice and the rooms were comfortable and spacious. The staff was helpful
Disliked: They have a free shuttle from the airport but you do have to wait a long time for it.

Liked: Great facilities and really like the hotel as a whole. I just had a couple of minor aspects that could be improved. I was for whatever reason given a handicapped room and I specifically asked if there was a bathtub in the room and was told yes, but did not know until I had already unpacked and was getting ready to get into the tub that it was an accessible room, and there was therefore a seat at the head of the tub, which made it impossible to use in a normal way as a bathtub. I originally asked to be moved and they plan to move me to the next room over which shows that there was a normal room available, but ultimately decided I was just too tired after traveling for 36 hours in a row prior to landing in Denver. The other issue is that I called and asked where the shuttle was going to be and was told Door 12 even though the website says door 10 and so I went to door 12 but then the shuttle drove past me and stopped at door 10 so I do believe that the woman I spoke with on the phone informed me incorrectly. Last minor issue is that there the breakfast was full of sugar, and even the eggs tasted like they had sugar. The plain yogurt was sweetened literally everything was sweetened also, the only meat product, which is surprising there many people who don’t eat pork for health or religious reasons. Overall, a good stay just a minor communication issues with staff and a selection could be improved for Breakfast for those focused on health and wellness. Had a minor issue with the cover to the drain repeatedly coming unattached in the bathtub/shower.
