Great reception on arrival; clean.

Liked: Being so close to the Disliked: No heater in bathroom.

Atura dissapointing, not good value...

Liked: Cosy firm king, convenience to business location.
Disliked: Mobility bathroom awash, as shower curtain absent. Not cleaned (hairs). $28 parking cost not transparent on booking site, anuls any genius benefit. At discretion of property, as parking onstreet free 8pm-8am, so greedy!

Not the best value for...

Disliked: Smell from bathroom. It seems like you could the toilet water. Was not in room long enough but when returned it was terrible. Woke up in morning smells still there. Like no toilet exhaust.

In need of a glow...

Liked: Location, clean
Disliked: No aircon, just a heater. Windows rattled, a little rundown and not really maintained well. Could be exceptional with some upgrading of windows, bathrooms and decor.

Overall experience I rate 6...

Liked: The room was presentable and tidy with a ok view.
Disliked: The excessive noise throughout my stay. The stomping of footsteps in the hallway, can hear guests nextdoor in other rooms, outside noise traffic echoing. Maybe soundproofing the rooms would help. The other small issue is the lack of lighting. Bedside lamplights would be handy, saves myself from having to get out of bed to turn off the light after reading before bedtime.

Very pleasant and kind staff

Liked: The central location and easy access off motorway. The beds were comfortable and high quality toiletries. Nice sitting area in the foyer and a bright restaurant area for breakfast.

Our stay was good.

Liked: We loved the comfort of the bed and the location so that we could easily walk to the shops and get food if we wanted. We like that the room was heated and had the facilities and appliances we needed.
Disliked: We didn't like that the room didn't provide a good amount of sugar sticks and milk to have with our tea/coffee. I had to go out and buy 250ml milks and I even left the remaining sealed one in the fridge that was in the room. There was also only 1 mug and no saucers or other cutlery that we could have used in the room. We did not know if we could order in as it was not explained to us and it was not clearly stated on the card notices left on the bed.
