Great reception on arrival; clean.

Liked: Being so close to the Disliked: No heater in bathroom.

Very good

Liked: easy to check-in.room was much smaller than anticipated and smaller than what the picture suggests.great to have a quality heater as it was a really cold weekend,essentials were there- all toiletries, fridge, hair dryer.would be great to have a little microwave too.food at Frankie's was really great too
Disliked: No facilities at the hotel e.g. sauna / spa.Parking for hotel guests should be free.

Good place to stay to...

Liked: The location was great and the number of beds in the room suited our family.
Disliked: The room was a bit smaller than we expected and the bathroom a bit more aged and worn than we expected for the price we paid.

Liked: It was clean and the staff were welcoming. The bed was very comfortable. Love the location too, not far from everything.
Disliked: The bathroom didn’t have a fan, so the walls were streaming with water after I had a shower. So I had to open the window to air the bathroom out.

Liked: The location is nice, not far from the center and close to the supermarket and some places to eat.
Disliked: The room had no ventilation or climate control. We had to keep the windows open to cool down and get some fresh air. They placed a 'cool and heat' device there but that was useless for cooling.The TV screen was placed on the side wall, difficult to watch from any bed.Some of the reception managers were really 'cold' but others were really nice. It was like a lottery when you approache with a question.
