Absolutely liked everything about this...

Liked: The male receptionist was friendly and professional. We stayed couple of nights and highly recommend the B&B package as Breakfast Buffet is truly good. . I was impressed with the Room and cleanliness. Also used the secured parking option. Overall my stay is perfect and highly recommend.

Liked: Property was clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful Good breakfast selection if you choose it. Also has a restaurant on premises or room service if required.Across the road is a woolworths, pizza and Thai place if so desired. Great place to stay only 45 -1 hour from Melbourne airport, with parking on site either paid or un paid. Will definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Need to keep shower door closed in case steam sets off alarms.Could not have a full bath due to over flow point.

Disliked: The entrance/ lobby area is always smelly, bad odours of smoking; we stayed for 3 nights during Easter break, but there was no room cleaning services for the entire period; gym pass key never worked, had to wait for a gym member to come and open the door; breakfast menu was very limited, and kitchen staff didn’t refill the food items.
