Liked: Beds were comfy and big rooms. Facilities good, eg table tennis, pool table, games etc.. Great to have a room with a microwave. Free and easy parking. Close to where we needed.
Disliked: Small things...The tray our cups were on was dirty. No diswashing liquid in rooms, yet a kitchenette set up. We recieved a lot of emails about check out (some even before we arrived). It was a bit overkill.

Disliked: Self checkin as there was no direction where the lift to the room was and where to park. It there was noone to ask directions.

Passable

Disliked: No real fridge we were there for the Sports and needed an esky to fill. We couldn't keep anything cold. We went for dinner 1st people received their food and ours came 1 and a half hours later. When we asked it was always coming but they didn't like us asking. No staff to help sign in I dont want to do it online. Staff were not that approachable. Bar staff had to wait for someone who could make a cocktail in happy hour
