Liked: Lovely staff very helpful- actual site seemed it missed the mark- lobby is a nice space but not cozy
Disliked: Room was very dusty and not very clean small things like the fridge was covered in hand prints and smears, walls has dirty chocolate splash marks on it so could be cleaner sheets seemed clean at least

Liked: The bed was excellent. The room was large and spacious and the lounge very comfortable. I loved that it had a small kitchenette. Shower was great. Overall...this is one of the better rooms I have ever stayed in
Disliked: There was no mini fridge in the room only a drinks fridge that didnt keep much cold. The room really needs a bar fridge for milk and food.

Disliked: Not enough milk, no tea bags. 3 small satchels of coffee. The lounge is sinking. Couldn't sign out via the emailed link so had to do it via the front counter.
