Liked: Like the convenient location
Disliked: I dislike your check in/check out aystem. For the amount of money paid for the room a more personal check in system would be appreciated. You have a self serve system that most people, myself included struggle to use. Personally id rather stand in line and wait to be served. The beds.... are way too soft. When my partner and I stay we have not been able to get good sleep due to the beds being too soft , rolling onto the middle and our backs hurting. We now do choose the option of two beds in our room.

Liked: Closeness to airport terminal as ai had an early morning flight
Disliked: The rooms were disappearing- no feeling of warmth or comfort - the room felt cheap and as if it had not been finished properly- lighting in bathroom was awful - need bettlee lighting over the mirror

Malaysian airlines are useless

Liked: Flights cancelled x7 hotel increased fees each day, not understanding at all
Disliked: Price hike didnt clean room so saved there but still increased price

Disliked: No one to greet us at check out...all done by self serve computer. Ordered room service.2 Caesar salads and fries Came in takeaway containers with bamboo cutlery and brown paper bag. $80 later
