Amazing
Liked: Proximity to UT campus. East access to campus
Disliked: Size of pool and that it was outside. Parking was kind of snug too.

Good stay. Good room, great...
Liked: Good location, great spaces and service. Good price for parking as well.
Disliked: Maybe paying for parking, but I know its sometimes hard not to pay for it when it's inside the city.

Arrogant staff & overpriced -...
Liked: Property had 2 restaurants and room service. Room was clean and spacious. Food was very good but overpriced. Was placed in a corner room with a nice view, lots of space, huge comfortable bed. Great water pressure in sink & toilet flushed without the nonsense of a “water saver.” Temperature in shower could have been hotter but was adequate enough to get the job done.
Disliked: Dislikes: no toiletries offered, just the stuff mounted on the wall in the shower (shampoo was fine), no complimentary items such as waters, cookies like other hotel brands, gift shop was closed all 3 days I was there - I was informed the lady who runs the shoppe had surgery- apparently no one else knew how to do her job as a substitute, room service fees were overpriced, hotel costs in general OVERPRICED, snacks/coffee shoppe closes at 1pm - too early, dessert in Gabriel’s was so small - could you spare it?, I asked for late checkout - for 1pm or 1:30pm as I was attending a university event and needed to change my clothes afterwards before heading to airport - said no - this isn’t the first time front desk was unaccommodating. In general the people who work at the front desk are snobby and I look and wonder why…their job is to be kind, friendly, empathetic, gracious, courteous and hospitable. They are like robots. No emotion and no gratitude. Perhaps hire people over the age of 40 who understand how to “think of themselves like a customer (MBNA America).” I have to laugh - you’re not the Hotel DuPont.
