Liked: Central to our location for the Tour De France . Bathroom and shower was a good size and there is parking on the property
Disliked: Hotel is looking old and dated and needs a revamp

Basic hotel good location for...

Liked: The location is convenient for the old town. The hotel is basic and feels like a motel. Ok for one-night .
Disliked: The underground car park was very tight . The air conditioning unit in our room rattled . The stairs in our duplex room were fine for us but could be a little steep for some.

Good for a short visit...

Liked: Convenient location a short walk from the old town with a closed car park
Disliked: Only that the pedestrian access to the parking is inconvenient and the space is awkward for a large car

Superb

Liked: Excellent hotel, very comfortable rooms and facilities, very well located, breakfast was very good and the staff was excellent, they were always exceeding my expectations, they were fast to answer any question or to explain things. Also, very good place to park/storage bikes. I would come back to this hotel if I go back to Valence
Disliked: A little detail: some fruits (like melon or strawberries) were available during breakfast on my first day, but not on the second, but this is just a tiny detail, the breakfast was very good, the buffet one.
