Liked: The Hotel was easily accessible by the Underground to Hutton Cross Station & Heathrow Airport. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Very grateful and appreciative that Jessica was able to accommodate us for early check-in after arriving from a long flight. Room was beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was great and included everything you could possibly want to eat more! Thanks again - We'll be back!

What a weird place! The...

Liked: The room was very nice. I was allowed to check in early.
Disliked: The whole place was weird. Everyone was being trained. I waited for the dining area to be open and, when it was, I asked if the buffet was the only option and was told it was. I ended up eating across the street at the Holiday Inn Express, which had a very nice bar area with food. When I returned, I saw someone ordering from a menu. ?????? The man behind the bar didn't know that there were differences between beers and didn't know a pint glass from a half pint glass. I'm glad I was able to just cross the street and hit up the Holiday Inn Express.

Very good hotel and excellent...

Liked: Very clean with helpful staff, the breakfast was very good, on the first day even the orange juice machine worked well which is unusual as it is often mostly water or syrup, second day it fell down a bit.
Disliked: Car Park was a bit difficult to traverse.

Comfortable stay and very closed...

Liked: I booked this hotel as I was flying from Heathrow T2 the next day. It was easy to get to, the staff were very friendly and the room was spacious and clean.
Disliked: I arrived too late for dinner (9pm) and the kitchen had closed so I couldn't get food via room service.
