Liked: Excellent location, two underground stops to terminal 5
Disliked: Very basic breakfast, room a bitt smelly and old fashioned. Almost no pressure on hot water.

Liked: Location near Hatton cross station is good, and proximity to the airport. Pool and gym facilities are welcome. Plenty of parking. Excellent sound insulation such that one wouldn't know there's a flight path overhead
Disliked: No opening window nor any natural light in our rooms. The blinds are external to the window and not controllable so it seems pointless having windows overlooking the restaurant or conference hall. Pool and gym seemed clean but it's hard to tell with the poor lighting in the basement. There should be cleaning wipes in the gym as all equipment felt sticky. Quality of cleaning in the rooms was average and the furniture seemed rather poorly designed or poorly maintained? As is typical for London the overnight parking charges are ridiculous for paying guests. The access and layout of the basement parking is particularly bad and this was with low utilisation. It must be a nightmare to navigate out when the parking garage is full

Liked: The pool & jacuzzi were amazing, the rooms are super clean, beds really comfy & most of the staff were great. We went to the restaurant & waited for over half an hour b4 anyone came near us when we asked the girl she didn’t really seem interested but as soon as another one of the servers called Nigel had dealt with the other tables & saw us & knew we were still waiting he made sure we had everything we needed, was very attentive & always had a smile for us. He was also serving in the cafe the next day & was lovely then too as were the toasties we had.

Disliked: Too complicated to get there in the evening.after a long flight. You still need to take the tube, one stop. No shuttle bus available. My room faced into the dining room! An internal window. The light in the dining room was constantly on.

Liked: The hotel is just across the tube station giving you easy and free access to Heathrow. The rooms were very quiet even though we were so close to the terminals. Everything was nice and clean, the staff were very helpful
