Liked: The swimming pool & location
Disliked: Locked in lift with no way to communicate untill someone else needed to use the lift, staff dident show no sympathy or empathy towards the situation ( i am castraphobic) agreed to £10 an hour for late checkout then tried to charge £15 an hour at checkoutkey card stopped working because we was “late to checkout” then charged us £5 for the extra half an hour even though we was locked out of the room and waited in the reception to get back into the room Requested for a bigger room and was told we had the biggest room when clearly dident Went for breakfast and was told to come back in 15 minutes in a very rude manner ( coffee was absolutely discusting)

Good option if you need...

Liked: Convenient location near Hatton Cross underground station. Impressive sound-proofing considering that the hotel is under flight path of taking off planes.
Disliked: Nowhere to go outside the hotel.

Disappointed.

Liked: The swimming pool and the staff there was lovely
Disliked: The reception staff and they promised a lot but got nothing. Asked for a double bed and they gave 2 single beds joined together. The place was full of dust too. It was so disappointing I left before check out time. I had expectations as a standard hotel but they couldn’t deliver the bear minimum.
