Atrium Hotel At Orange County Airport

Very poor

Liked: The only thing I like on this hotel was the pool.
Disliked: The room was dirty, the sheets were stained, the ceiling had a big stain of mold, the tub was clogged, the iron had a stain of burn that if stain my dress, the iron board was broken, not enough shampoo or body wash. I stayed here for 4 days, and I only got room service once. They moved me to a different room, but the location was horrible. My room was next to the elevator and the entrance door, which it was hard for me to sleep. Plus the rooms are super small, not recommended for families.

Older hotel in good location...

Liked: Good location, had amenities.
Disliked: Older, room was a bit stuffy. Breakfast cereal was stale.

Liked: The property was awful
Disliked: I loved this Hotel 5 years ago. This time - It was awful. It was trashy and gross. The parking costs-$28- Outdated- falling apart facilities. Room was awful- cigarette burns on the furniture- The breakfast was disgustingly gross. Never will I ever stay here again!! And I found black hairs in my bed!Grossssssssss!

Great. But wish the beds...

Liked: The pool sitting area. Beautiful. Also the front desk staff were great too.
Disliked: The beds were too small. The only reason why we may stay somewhere else next time is because our family needs a queen bed to sleep on not a double size.

Liked: I didn't like anything about the place. Pictures on the website are very deceiving.
Disliked: The whole place...I don't recommend anyone to stay here.

Passable

Liked: I always love the fountain in front, pretty lobby and the pool area is great.
Disliked: The TV system is incredibly outdated. Not a smart TV so could not watch anything and I was hoping to have a relaxing , binge watch shows type of day or two while here visiting my mom. We could not watch anything and the remote control barely worked. When I complained to the front desk she said " oh just watch TV on your phone" which was wild to me. No help with luggage and I really had to struggle getting my suitcase up stairs going to our room. Cleanliness wasn't the best. Would be nice to have a hot tub by pool. Bathroom and shower needs updating and obviously PLEASE the TVs.
