Liked: Location is great. Right by the JW airport. Close to UC Irvine. There is a gas station with convenience store.
Disliked: It is not a new hotel. But quite well kept.

Disliked: The buffet is poor quality and overpriced. I did not eat there because I was shocked at how much was being charged versus what was offered. Looked like processed microwaved food in buffet containers.

Disliked: Room 239, the door to the bathroom was broken- my 15 year old son couldn't open the sliding door it was stuck, he couldn't get out!! yelling for help! Also the room was not vacuumed, plus the room smelled of an unpleasant odor and during the evening the pipes were knocking off and on, loud enough, causing me to wake up. The hallways and stairs smelled of mold and were very unclean not vacuumed at all. And paying $28 a day for parking is way too much and the insult to injury is having to get your ticket validated every time you want to leave the parking lot - total pain!!!
