Beyound expectations & really impressed...

Liked: very impressive suite, good seating area, nice small kitchen, good size bed, large television, good bath area fully supplied with bathroom essentials, clean hotel, friendly staff
Disliked: the way the suites were designed it was difficult to get natural light in the room, so it was somewhat darker than I like, there were lights to use in the room but it was nt correctly aligned to capture the natural daylight.

Liked: It was lovely
Disliked: Asked for white toast for breakfast and was told no. When I said I’d had with a club sandwich for breakfast was told that was a different service?!

OK overall, but no ambiance...

Liked: The courtesy bus system from the airport worked well. Check in and check out were efficient. The room was a generous size and very comfortable.
Disliked: There weren't many staff around. The whole place felt a little lifeless. For example, we arrived hungry, went to the bar for a pizza but it appeared to be unstaffed. We eventually had to go back to the receptionist to find someone to serve us. The pizza, when it arrived, was good.(The "breakfast" next morning however was simply dreadful.)

It could be better stay...

Liked: The hotel was a nice hotel, the room is bigger than I expected, the hotel restaurant was very good.
Disliked: Breakfast was bad( I never tried a waffle that is so bad as this hotel). According to booking, it was supposed to have breakfast with accommodation but when I asked for the voucher, the receptionist said is only for 2 people. Who is lying? Booking or hotel? I stayed in the La Quinta Hotel in Los Angeles, they gave us 3 breakfast and it was much better than Atrium Hotel. For sure, I will never return this Atrium Hotel.

Cheap Charlie bought this one....

Liked: The location was great, the room was spacious and clean.
Disliked: They have tons of clutter around the back entrance. The check in individuals seem more like family than trained employees. They didn’t tell me there was a code to get into park so I had to stop and go figure out where to park since it’s all gated. I understand some of it was being communicated.
