First Time Guest...Undecided About Returning

Liked: I liked the following: the price deal I got on Booking.com with Genius Level 3; the friendly staff; the Dish restaurant and their free children's meal with every adult meal. The bed and bedding were comfortable. Other than a stained carpet, the room was clean. Floatation devices were available at the Waterpark for small children... we forgot to pack ours so it was much appreciated. Thank you to the kind guests who held the doors open for me while I struggled to push a baby in a stroller, keep a hold of a toddler, and pull luggage behind me.
Disliked: First, the parking was horrendous... lines painted too close so people parked wonky using up two spaces, thus few spaces were available. The person at the front desk who checked us in, spoke too quickly, like a rehearsed script, so I had to ask a few times to repeat. Our room was across from the elevator & stairwell, and next to the swimpark corridor, so lots of loud slamming doors. AC was super loud when it first kicked in. No microwave, needed to request for one to be brought up. The floor looked wet/dirty near the door leading out to the pool-facing balcony. There was no information in the room about pool hours, the restaurant, services etc. so we needed to call front desk to have questions answered. We were in a "deluxe" room... nothing "deluxe" about it... unless "deluxe" means balcony? The pool was too small for the amount of people using it; when I first saw it and the number of people packed into it, I thought it was the hot tub! Before checkout, we requested a luggage cart to be brought to our room and it never arrived.

Family fun!!

Liked: We had three grandchildren and 4 adults and we had a blast in the waterpark.
Disliked: My wife has mobility issues and it was quite a walk to our room.

Connecting to the wifi is...

Liked: It was fun. Splash park was great.
Disliked: I didn’t like the jumping through hoops to connect to the wifi and then not being able to connect. Might not come back because of that reason.

Enjoyed my stay

Liked: It was clean.
Disliked: Parking sucks, but that’s no one’s fault.
