Great place for families

Liked: The pool was a huge seller with having 3 kids. They loved it and went in it both days we were there. They keep it so well maintained and clean.
Disliked: No breakfast but luckily A&W is super close.

Liked: Pool, water park
Disliked: The facility is older overall and so, bathtub, staircase, flooring, all show wear and tear and need repairs/renovations. Bathroom size was small, a littlr too tight

A great time was had...

Liked: The room itself was Great! We got upgrade to a pool side room which was wonderful and by 10 everything shut down for bed time. The only complaint I had and it has nothing to do with the hotel and room itself is we had a very noisy neighbour next door who insisted on yelling at their poor children and baby all Night.

Liked: The attached lounge to meet friends.
Disliked: I tried to book Friday 15 and Saturday 16 but Saturday was sold out. I paid $139.00 plus tax fir Friday and requested a Saturday Room if they had a cancellation. I was told Friday to check Saturday morning fir cancelled rooms. No one called so at checkout I asked again and they did have a room on the main floor same designation of room 2 queen beds. I said that would work but rather than clean 2 rooms just leave me in 277 and move the new guests into main floor? Thst was a good idea!!! Then the front desk person said since they were sold out my rate for Saturday night would be $249.00? Obviously if there is a room then Sold Out is impossible. I thanked her for the trouble and checked out.I will not stay at the Atlas again, this experience plus the fact that with a Water Slide this is too childern oriented… families not solo travellers.

Liked: Comfy beds. Private access to my floor. Quiet floor
Disliked: For the price I paid I think that a free breakfast should have been included. Other comparable hotels in the area did so at a cheaper rate. The water park looked awesome. I did not have time to go into it. So give me free breakfast instead. Not unreasonable.

Overall we were very happy...

Liked: The staff was amazing, and the room was very comfortable.
Disliked: The food was ok. It was under seasoned and some of the dishes were a bit cold. It would have been. I’ve if breakfast was included.
