Liked: The location.
Disliked: I travelled for work and need an invoice to be reimbursed. When I asked for invoice, I was told that the manager / boss was on holiday and the employees were not allowed to issue an invoice, it could be sent to me after the manager / boss return. Although I explained that it is important for me, I still wait for the invoice.
