Liked: Staff cares and this is reflected in the upkeep of 50s motel as well as their helpfulness and friendliness. Everything is spotless. Comfortable balcony chairs made watching the fox and crashing waves even more enjoyable.Plus smoking in balcony. Pool looks wonderful but too cold to use.

Liked: The property was in a beautiful location on the water. The view was incredible! The room was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were on our baby moon and hope to come back next season with our child!

Liked: We have stayed at the Atlantis on multiple occasions throughout the past 20 years. As always, the Atlantis has the best ocean view of perhaps any other hotel in Gloucester, Massachusetts! The check-in process was quick and efficient and the room was very comfortable, extremely clean and had great amenities such as upscale toiletries, Starbucks’s coffee and a hairdryer! We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay!
Disliked: No complaints at all!
