It was a bit rough...

Liked: The owner is very nice & generous- she had nothing but good vibes throughout our stay, there are toys available for children to use over on the beach. The grills available for use was convenient for a lil family bbq moment & the room was beautifully cleaned aside from some waffles being left in the freezer from previous guests (saying this as a housekeeper at a 5 star inn), the pool was a decent temperature & really clean, communication was well addressed
Disliked: The bathroom was very small, hard to change or move around in it especially with the door closed, no tub in the room we stayed in. Theres only x7 tv channels none involving cartoons for the kids, wifi was a bit slow at times (we did experience some rain during our stay and that could be why), the maintenance guy seemed over caffeinated and had an attitude every other time we spoke with one another, the pillows were quite flat & the bed was comfortable but really squishy so if your a side sleeper id suggest putting a pillow underneath your ribcage area to prevent back pain.

Liked: Right on the beach. Beautiful 7 mile long very walkable beach. Walking distance to the Pier for restaurants, shops and amusement park. Didn’t have to pay extra for dedicated Parking space. Room included microwave, refrigerator, plates, cups, silverware.
Disliked: Everything was great.

Liked: The motel was fabulous! The location to activities was a few minute walk. It was right on the beach.The owner Lisa was absolutely amazing!

Liked: Room was very clean.Housekeeping and grounds staff very friendly.Pool was very clean.15 minute walk to pier.Right on the beach.Designated parking space for room.Towels very clean and fluffy.Sheets very clean.
Disliked: Room was extremely small, difficult for a family of 3 to stay in comfortably for a week with appropriate needed belongings. Had to leave a lot of stuff in car.Parking lot is extremely tight. Almost impossible for a truck. Difficult to maneuver, especially if people are walking in driveway (there isn't much of a choice but to walk there).Front desk person not overly friendly. Doesn't like it when you use this site.Kitchenette does not have a sink, so stuck trying to wash dishes in the very small bathroom sink.No complementary toiletries other than 2 small bars of soap. Not even tissues in room.Bathtub is very slippery and no non slip bath mat provided. Bathroom is so small that you can basically side step and take one step forward or backwards in it.Outdoor carpet on balcony needs to be seriously vacuumed.Pool is on the smaller side, not a lot of deck space and only has chairs on one side of deck (picture is deceiving).Feel it is a little overpriced for what you get.Bed is very uncomfortable. Uses keys for rooms. Lock and keys desperately need replacing. Lock would stick and had to fiddle with it to open the door. We had to help the people next to us because their lock was so bad.
