Liked: Location is brilliant for southern cross station and general access to Melbourne.
Disliked: The heating control was partly broken and needed to hold together for it to work. Not a major issue once I worked this out but a little annoying.Would have liked for bottle water to be supplied in room but instead needed to purchase.

Worst reception staff ever encountered

Disliked: No housekeeping done at all had to ask for towels and tissues when phoned for towels were told housekeeping had finished for the day upon checking out complained about poor service to be met with a shrug from reception and an oh well attitude won't recommend this place to anyone and won't be returning poor performance Atlantis you might want to add staff training in the future .
