Disliked: Aircon heated room rather than cooled. Forced to move rooms at midnight due to it being too hot in our room

The close proximity to rail...

Liked: Great location so close to southern cross station and marvel stadium perfect when going to footy
Disliked: Stayed there twice now and both times the queen bed was uncomfortable, very firm and you can feel the springs A good underlay would fix the problem

Liked: Excellent location, close to Spencer, the bus station and Coles
Disliked: The reception staff, apart from few exceptions they need to be retrained or replaced
