Disliked: Breakfast was limited and pool/gym in another building to where my room was located

Have stayed 4 times now...

Liked: Location was brilliant. Close to Southern Cross Station, Flagstaff Station, tram stops, food outlets. My room was excellent and had nice views over the tall buildings and flagstaff park. Bed was comfy and bed linen lovely and soft. Staff were great and very helpful.
Disliked: There should definitely be an information sheet in the room about the properties facilities. I needed to ask the Pool hours, how to access the Wifi, what time was breakfast. Other hotels have an information book regarding all the information needed. This would save patrons having to continually ask these same questions and if not a book then a 1 page A4 sheet to cover all the relevant information.

Liked: Excellent location, very close to Central Bus Station, Southern Cross Train Station and trams. Within walking distance to Queen Victoria Markets, Docklands and city but also for trams.Comfortable bed and quiet.
Disliked: The property is getting a bit 'tired', carpets need updating.

Disliked: Room had no window. Bed was small. No ambience in hotel.
