Disappointed in the overall maintenance...

Liked: Our room was nice sized but the mattress was warn down
Disliked: Not very clean and not maintained well. In the indoor pool the once bar area was disheveled and even has a cupboard door hanging on a hinge. Carpet was dirty. Outside pool was freezing to the point no one was going in and it was a hot day

Don't go. Fraud

Liked: Nothing I checked out Monday and I have requested my money back at hotel . They said booking.com had to give back. I have contacted you 3 times. No response. I've told my credit card company to make amount back and fraud it. They place is an un safe dump . Very dirty. Take off your site if your smart.
Disliked: Dirty. Mold. Exposed wires by water area w kids. Everything was broke. Beds broke, no ice, peeling paint in every area of place. Very unsafe for kids. Bed smell throughout the place. Employees were unhelpful and foreigners like they didn't know the area. Want my money put pack and this awful place taken down so other families don't get scammed out of there money.

Atlantis needs work

Liked: It was located in a good spot
Disliked: We were in the basement. There was a dehumidifier in the room. We found a big black bug in the bathroom in the middle of the night. The hot tub was not hot, there were no towels and the water and bathrooms were dirty. The staff was nice

Cool for the pool but...

Disliked: Need a total update. Looks run down. Halls reeked of marijuana

Liked: +clean and soft towels near pools+beds were comfortable+staff was polite+daily checkins from staff to see if we needed anything
Disliked: -cold pools and hot tub-rips in screens on patio doors-garbage in corners of the room, in drawers, next to bed-dirty walls and door in bathroom-bathroom door did not shut-loud a/c-smokey smell when heat turned on-slow internet-carpets stained-fence around pool falling apart-no early check in without extra payment-dirty pool-paint peeling off tables and chairs around the pool-paint peeling off beds-low water pressure in shower, low showerhead, loud noises coming out of pipes when shower is turned on-housekeeping only available until 2 pm, so if we had requests they needed to be made early in the day-toiletries only half full (definitely reused from previous person)-small shop/no breakfast/we were out of luck when we forgot our toothbrush-thin walls-we could hear everyone and everything outside of our door-staff spoke very poor English/hard to get our message across to them
