Liked: Everyone was so kind and helpful. The pool and slides were great for younger kids and families.
Disliked: It could be improved by having one pool open later than 9

A few minor setbacks but...

Liked: Clean, friendly staff, family oriented, affordable
Disliked: The air conditioner was VERY loud, could barely hear the TV over it which made sleeping difficult. We had a wasp nest on our balcony and went to the desk to ask for it to be removed the next day as we could not open the screen door or sit on the balcony. No one ever came. I mentioned this to the desk on check out and they did waive the $30 resort fee. Hopefully they took care of it..room 218. The outside pool needed to be cleaned, lots of debris in and on top of the water.
