The only annoying thing was checking in and finding that there was a resort fee which was not disclosed when I made my reservation. The staff was polite and helpful at every occasion.

Liked: The location next to the convention center was convenient for a tournament we were attending.
Disliked: Check out time was at 12:00, I even called to confirm. We went to a basketball game at the convention center and then went back to our room. Our room was already being cleaned and we had essentially been kicked out with property still in our room.

Disliked: Construction started at 7:30am on a Saturday, directly above our room, seriously thought they were going to come through the ceiling. Would have been nice if the hotel had given us a heads up, so we could have at least expected the extremely rude wakeup.

Liked: The banana split was good.
Disliked: I did not like discovering that the towels I had wiped my face with when I checked in the night prior were covered in blood- something I was able to see pretty clearly the next morning. Management was very rude amd said my complaint is inconvenient.

Liked: I really liked the look and atmosphere here. The room was recently remodeled and its gorgeous. The bed was very comfortable and room was very clean. I loved having a short walk to my car too.
Disliked: No.

Liked: Attach to the convention center
Disliked: Too expensive! Next time I will rent a car and stay away at a similar hotel for half the price.

Disliked: Line at the buffet was a little bit strange to a right they kept the top tier card player on the left they kept shuffling in the card and cash player we were comp the two for one and had to wait and wait and wait and wait?
